To find the elections result for all states based on the Assembly constituency, kindly navigate to the State and then respective Assembly seats list in our web page. Like Loksabha, Assembly elections for each state and Union territory happens, once in every 5 years based on the term of the state. Please note that, Each state has different election date not happens simultaneously in India.

Process of Assembly Election In India

  • Election Commission asses the term expiry / Vacancy of Assembly Seats / Constituency
  • Election Commission of India declares the date of election for particular State / Assembly Constituency
  • Code of Conduct needs to be followed once the election date is officially announces
  • state Election Commission prepares and approves the Electoral Voters list
  • Each Voter Assigned to the nearest electoral Polling booth of the Assembly Constituency
  • For Each Assembly Constituency, Polling officer will be appointed by Election commission of India
  • Candidates from the respective state can file their Nomination by paying the deposit amount
  • Electoral polling Officer evaluates the nomination papers and approve / disapprove
  • Final list of Candidates for each assembly constituency will be published
  • Electoral officer and chief election commission monitors the campaign and money spent by each candidate
  • Voting takes place on the fixed date along with designated Police and government authorities
  • Counting happens on the dates prefixed date by election commission and declares the results.
